Replenishment Operative - Night Team - London Heathrow Airport, Hounslow Location: LHR Airport T3 Line Manager: Assistant Lounge Manager or Lounge Manager Contract: Full Time Salary: £15.16 per hour Shift Pattern – 3 on, 3 off (21:00 to 5:00) Role This role will be tasked with accepting all deliveries into No1 Heathrow T3 Lounge, ensuring they are managed in accordance with business food safety policy. Date rotation of stock following food safety policies, this role includes general back of house cleaning and stockroom organisation. Requirements Checking deliveries and organising them properly: labelling as per our SFS policy and/or packaging; NOC credit requesting if something is missing or damaged; organizing delivery adequately in fridges/freezers, FIFO, etc. End-of-the-day operation support on weekdays after lounges close: the day team will finish operations and go home, then the night team will do a thorough closing/cleaning as per daily tasks, plus one additional deep cleaning task per night. Every night this deep cleaning task will be different, and by Saturday the whole lounge (all areas) will have been deep cleaned. Accurate processing of all deliveries both in/out of LHR T3 – Checking in deliveries and ensuring stock matched dispatch note. Book in stock (Deliveries) on Saffron Waste management – Identify, document and control all waste along with Kitchen Management team Stocktake – Own the stocktake process along with Kitchen management team – Control daily stock levels in all locations and complete weekly checks leading into end of month accurate stocktake. All areas of stock control inc. F&B/Consumables Control all stock rooms to ensure they comply with Food Standards policy Ensure all stock is daily checked for DEF (Date Expired food) Ensure all stock is date rotated and stored correctly Ensure all stock rooms/Kitchen areas are clean, tidy and controlled in line with food safety policy. Conduct Beer line cleaning and conduct safety controls over Gas cannisters and Kegs Ensure deliveries are controlled and do not breach and Food Safety or H&S measures as set by the business of LHR Skills required Ability to work under own initiative Previous experience in similar field – operations/warehouse/ stock roles Previous experience in dealing with food safety management systems Benefits 28 days paid holiday annually.
