Identify and implement process improvements, including AI technology. Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, and managing emails. Handle initial HR department contacts and signpost appropriately. Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including placing ads, liaising with agencies, and managing candidate correspondence. Assist in coordinating training activities and promote excellent staff communications. Arrange new starter inductions and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Support employee relations casework, including organising meetings and collating evidence packs. Manage the HR inbox and actively participate in HR meetings. Provide support to Payroll, including setting up new starters and updating records. Requirements: Excellent IT skills and proficiency with MS Office. Experience in an HR department and/or Level 3 CIPD qualification. Familiarity with HR systems is advantageous. Ability to analyse and process large amounts of information.
