We are recruiting an experienced logistics operations administrator on behalf of a client based in Stafford Park, Telford.
Hours of work are, Monday - Friday, 8am to 4pm. Temp to perm.
Duties to include:
• Planning and scheduling logistics activities, including creating In Transits, Smartjob routes, and Smartworks routes.
• Day-to-day administrative tasks such as booking accommodation for teams, preparing Operations Packs, and managing operational documentation.
• Track and sign off times for logistics teams, accurately log crew hours, and maintain the OPS workbook with relevant operational data.
Suitable candidates must have the following:
• Proven experience in logistics administration or a related field.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage various tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of UK transport regulations, HSE and H&S laws, and compliance.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
