We are currently seeking an experienced Field HSE Manager to support a large-scale infrastructure project in Talacre, commencing operations in May 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring the highest safety and environmental standards on-site.
This is an Outside IR35 contract,, initial 12 months.
The Role
As a Field HSE Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management systems at the site level. You will work closely with project leadership, ensuring all site activities comply with industry regulations and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement HSE management systems in line with ISO 14001 & 45001
* Ensure full compliance with site safety and environmental regulations
* Act as the HSE focal point, liaising with clients, contractors, and authorities
* Conduct risk assessments, audits, and emergency response planning
* Lead HSE training and awareness programs for site teams and subcontractors
* Oversee waste management, air quality monitoring, and environmental protection initiatives
* Investigate incidents and accidents, ensuring corrective actions are in place
Who We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Field HSE Manager on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
* Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and environmental management
* Experience in HSE audits, training, and incident investigations
* Ability to lead and motivate teams in a high-risk, fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders, regulators, and site teams
