Beacon Hill Academy is looking to appoint an exceptional Teacher of MFL to develop, plan and deliver effective and high-quality learning experiences for all learners. Since 2019, GCSE results have shown improvements in both the attainment and progress of learners. There has been a marked rise in the proportion of learners achieving Grade 5 or higher in both English and Mathematics. Everything we do is developed collaboratively involving many professionals and experts who work together across the Trust, all striving to provide the highest quality provision for our learners. Teaching and Learning is supported by a central team of Subject Directors who are experienced teachers with leadership and mentoring skills who work across our academies supporting teachers in their personal development, data analysis and curriculum planning. Subject Directors have specific areas of focus such as Mathematics, Science, Reading, Writing and History.
