We are looking for a Customer Support Advisor to work within our customer support team in Warrington to provide high quality administration support to customers.
About the role
The role involves managing the delivery and collection of trucks within the organisation in order to meet customer requirements. On a day-to-day basis this is what you would be doing:
* Review and monitor activity / orders to enable the organisation of transport
* Communicating with customers to establish expectations for appropriate delivery dates
* Liaise with transport planning to schedule and to obtain site and depot procedures and restrictions to plan in pending deliveries and collections
* High quality administration support to internal departments and customers
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
