Role Description Reporting directly to the CEO, the Global HR Manager will oversee all operational and strategic HR functions across international markets, including the UK, USA, and ANZ.This role will be pivotal in aligning HR strategies with business goals, fostering a collaborative global culture, and driving key initiatives to create a unified team.Responsibilities will include talent management, employee relations, leadership development, and ensuring compliance with employment laws in each region. Responsibilities Partner with executive leaders and senior management to deliver people strategies that align with business objectives.Represent the voice of employees to inform strategic decisions and ensure seamless execution of HR initiatives.Drive the organization’s commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility, sustainability, and employee well-being programs.Oversee all aspects of the employee experience, including talent management, DE&I, learning, and internal communications.Develop and implement leadership and management development programs, onboarding processes, and career frameworks.Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws across the UK, USA, and ANZ.Engage with HR partners and manage external providers, such as the PEO partner in the USA.Lead recruitment efforts, from job postings to candidate selection, collaborating with managers to attract top talent.Design and manage employee benefits programs to support retention and engagement.Build and sustain a positive workplace culture, ensuring core values of Empowerment, Performance, Integrity, and Care are reflected throughout the organization.Conduct employee engagement initiatives, such as pulse surveys, and address employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion.Analyse HR metrics to guide decision-making and improve processes globally.Manage HR platforms like Breathe and oversee the adoption of new technologies to streamline HR functions. Essential Skills and Experience Proven experience in senior HR management, including employee relations, recruitment, and L&D, ideally within a global organization.Detailed knowledge of HR systems, including talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation frameworks.Experience in USA HR practices is highly desirable.CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.High emotional intelligence, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to build trust, lead teams, and foster a collaborative environment.Strong analytical skills to interpret HR data and inform strategic decisions.Resilient and adaptable, with a solutions-driven mindset.
