Description You will be working as part of the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team, and will be reporting into the FP&A Manager. Your duties will be heavily focused upon analysing financial performance and turning it into a story for shareholders and senior stakeholders within the business. Your duties will include, but will not be limited to: Assisting with monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and the 3 year planning process. Business partnering finance and non finance stakeholders across the business, which will include collating and challenge the accuracy of financial information. Producing performance reports for shareholders, which will include finance and non-financial information, analysis, commentary and strategic recommendations. Supporting the FP&A Manager with presenting reports, analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders, including the Finance Director and Managing Director. Driving process improvements to improve efficiency.
