About the Role
As a Civil Enforcement Officer (CCTV), you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with traffic and parking regulations using CCTV monitoring and enforcement. The role is primarily office-based but may include mobile and on-street enforcement as needed.
Key Responsibilities
1. Monitor and enforce parking and traffic regulations via CCTV
2. Review and process traffic contraventions captured on camera
3. Carry out mobile enforcement to ensure compliance with road and parking laws
4. Assist the public with parking-related queries
5. Check Pay & Display and Pay on Foot machines for proper function
6. Report any operational or safety concerns to the Senior Civil Enforcement Officer
7. Work flexibly to support the wider Parking Services team
Working Hours & Conditions
1. Primarily office-based but may involve on-street enforcement
2. Shift work may be required, with operational hours between 06:30 and 22:30, 7 days a week
3. Uniform and necessary equipment provided for on-street duties
