Salary:Up to£44,300 commensurate on skills and experience Whatyou’ll bedoing:
* Conduct thorough examinations, maintenance,commissioning, and defect diagnosis of lifts, lifting appliancesand associatedsystems
Operate safe systems of work that comply with thecompany SHE procedures at alltimes Apply your knowledge, skills, and experience in order toresolve issues and faults associated with the operation andperformance ofsystems Work with technical autonomy and provide advice andguidance to other technicalstaff Provide mentorship and technical guidance to lessexperiencedengineers Be able to engage with customers and authorities inwriting, by telephone or face to face to discuss technical issuesand problems Support the wider Teams in their activities to maintainutilisation and produce technical detailedreports
Yourskills andexperiences:
* Thorough examinations, maintenance, commissioning,and defect diagnosis of Marine Lifts and liftingappliances
Technicalknowledge and broad experience of Mechanical Systems, specificallylifting appliances and lifts, their maintenance, relevantlegislation, and inspectionrequirements Demonstrable experience of maintenance andinspection of Marine Lift Systems and a keenness to keep abreast oftechnological initiatives andupdates Able tocarry out scheduled maintenance, thorough examinations, setting towork, fault diagnosis and defectrectification Qualifiedto NVQ level 3 & 4 to support inspection and maintenanceactivities
