Our client, a privately owned company in High Wycombe, is looking for a sales administrator to join their existing team. The offices have been renovated within the last couple of years and refurbished to a modern, sleek standard. We are looking for someone who is a fast learner, excellent communicator, and a team player.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
1. Welcoming visitors to site
2. Receiving and managing incoming calls and email enquiries
3. Processing quotations and proforma invoices
4. Raising customer orders and invoices
5. Organising dispatch and communicating with different couriers/logistic companies accordingly
6. Liaising with the Warehouse team
7. Preparing export documentation/paperwork and providing weights and dimensions
8. Assisting with returns and liaising with the Accounts team regarding credit notes and refunds
9. Updating the CRM system
10. Assisting and supporting the Sales Managers with ad-hoc admin duties
11. There is also the possibility of representing the company at different trade shows/exhibitions throughout the year
Candidates’ skills/attributes should include:
1. Good telephone manner and well presented
2. Flexible & conscientious with a ‘can do’ attitude
3. Quick to learn, easy-going with a good sense of humour
4. A Team player but ability to work on own initiative
5. Good communication skills
6. Knowledge of Pegasus Opera (Accounting software) an advantage but training will be given
7. Experience of working within a sales admin environment is beneficial but not essential
Other Information:
1. Office hours 9am – 5:30pm with 1 hour for lunch Monday to Friday
2. Some flexibility is required due to demands of workload. Some weekend work may be required from time to time when we exhibit at trade fairs
3. Holiday – 20 days per year (3 days of which are to be taken over the Christmas period as the Company closes from Christmas Eve until the New Year)
