We are seeking an individual to deliver high quality education programmes in secondary schools and alternative education providers in Sheffield which use the brand of Sheffield United Football Club to inspire students to reach their potential.
The role requires a passion for delivering innovative courses, programmes and activities to engage disengaged secondary school pupils in learning and will include the coordination and delivery of Premier League Inspires – a programme used to re-engage students facing barriers to learning aged 11-18 back into education.
Key Objectives of the Role:
* To deliver careers/employability programmes to secondary school pupils, predominantly our Premier League Inspires Programme.
* To plan, deliver and evaluate sessions, workshops and activities at schools across Sheffield.
* Support pupils who may face barriers to learning – displaying empathy, trust and rapport.
* Ensure an excellent standard of delivery and to lead on all activities, taught sessions and workshops at both practical and employability based sessions.
