An exciting opportunity to work as a Junior Account Executive for an innovative fintech company based in Birmingham City Centre has just become available! If you have previous experience in a client-focused role and are eager to join a forward-thinking business in a position that will progress down the account management route, then this may be the role for you! This role is hybrid (3 days in office) with a salary of up to £25k!
You will primarily be responsible for:
1. Providing first line support to any client queries
2. Managing queries via multiple sources
3. Supporting on compliance and rebate calculations
4. Monitoring activities and completing relevant reports
5. Onboarding new clients
6. Building strong relationships
7. Performing any other ad-hoc administrative tasks where required
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a desire to progress into Account Management in the future. The ideal candidate will have:
1. Previous experience in a client-focused role or good customer service experience
2. A can-do approach towards work
3. Being tech-savvy and a natural problem solver
