1. Experience as an Assitant Store Manager in fast-paced Retail or Hospitality environment

3. High attention to detail, understanding company procedures, and delivering clear instructions.
4. Willingness to travel within a 45-minute radius of home and nearby stores.
5. Proactive, solution-focused, able to prioritize, delegate, and develop a target-driven team.
Assistant Store Manager Key Responsibilities
6. Manage, coach, and develop a team to achieve outstanding results.
7. Deputize for the Store Manager, ensuring adherence to all procedures and compliance.
8. Implement tasks to ensure effective service, stock management, and customer flow.
9. Maximize exceptional sales results through a well-defined operating plan.
10. Drive the team to exceed targets, setting clear goals.
11. Complete daily stock ordering to ensure store availability.
