Eden Scott is recruiting a Reward Analyst on a fixed term contract for 6 months initially, for their client, based in Edinburgh city centre. In this role, you will; Act as the face of the Reward team - responding to and solving employee queries. Supporting key benefit and recognition programmes in a timely and efficient manner Provide support to key reward initiatives such as salary reviews, share options transactions and global benefits and well-being. Develop reward communications materials. Partner closely with Payroll & People Operations to ensure accurate monthly processing of all benefits changes. What we are looking for; Experience of operating with highly confidential and sensitive information with tact and diplomacy is essential Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel at advanced level along with Word and PowerPoint A highly adaptable and pro-active approach. Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
