Job share options could be considered. Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons to students of varying abilities across KS3 and KS4. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback. Develop and implement effective classroom management strategies. Cover lessons across various subjects in the absence of regular teachers. Support the school's ethos and contribute to the wider school community. Participate in departmental meetings, parent evenings, and professional development opportunities. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. A degree in English or a related field. Experience teaching English at the secondary level. Strong classroom management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
