Location – East Midlands Based, Northamptonshire

Basic Salary – £45,000 - £60,000 (depending on experience)

My client is a well-established, globally recognised brand that are looking for someone who has specific knowledge of managing a busy warehouse. This will be managing a team of c20 personnel (welders, fabricators etc..) across 2 shift patterns and ensure smooth running of Schedules, Logistics, Project Delivery, economical utilization for storing, reconditioning and distributing finished goods, inventories etc.. as well as discuss with Senior Management issues, delays, schedules etc..
Key role and responsibilities for this Warehouse Manager Role is:
* Manages all personnel within the warehouse
* Warehouse activities by monitoring productivity and daily work schedules of employees
* Ensures warehouse workloads run at full capacity
* Maintains oversight of equipment returns and ensures accuracy and compliance
* Prioritizes and pushes equipment into reconditioning process as needed for scheduled shipments
* Records contact and customer feedback
* Directs trucking and shipping operations
* Conducts daily equipment reallocation as necessary
* Handles all disciplinary actions
Minimum requirements for this Warehouse Manager Role:
* Confident in running a busy warehouse in manufacturing or distribution
* Have a proven track record of warehouse growth and positivity
* Must have ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings (basic technical level)
* Ability to complete basic mathematical calculations
* We are looking for driven, ambitious, professional candidates.
* Working at heights is a great advantage but not essential
* Full UK Driving licence (beneficial but not essential) but must be in warehouse daily
