You must have great knowledge of sports.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage all aspects of the Venue.
2. Supervise and train staff and maintain high standards.
3. Ensure efficient food production and timely service delivery while maintaining quality.
4. Manage inventory, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability.
5. Develop and execute strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
6. Oversee team schedules, performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
7. Collaborate with the management team to achieve business goals and targets.
Skills:
1. Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
2. Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management and motivation.
