We are now looking for a Customer Services Team Member to join our fantastic team at our South-East Branch in Fareham, Hampshire. Knowledge of London and the surrounding boroughs is essential.
Responsibilities
* First point of contact for our customers
* Handling of customer calls
* Responding to internet queries
* Management of surveyor’s diaries
* Typing reports
* Administrative duties to include invoicing and taking payments
* Effectively planning and prioritising workload.
Qualifications

* Demonstrate excellent telephone manner and communication skills

* IT and Office Software Literate
* Knowledge of London and the surrounding boroughs is essential.

Hours of work are 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday working: 9am to 5pm.
