Main duties and responsibilities The core responsibilities of the Project Manager are as follows The day-to-day management of onsite projects to ensure they are completed on time, which includes but is not restricted to the following Be the main point of contact for the customer for the duration of the project Liaise with the customer throughout the project Complete onsite Risk Assessments Compliant allocation of labour to meet the requirements of the job Identification and ordering of all required resources Hiring and off hiring of equipment Booking of accommodation Attend weekly project meetings with the MD and Workshop Foreman Liaise and co-ordinate with the Workshop Foreman to ensure all necessary work is done and delivered onsite on time Liaise and co-ordinate with the Workshop Foreman to ensure all jobs are covered and all staff are compliant Ensure day to day health and safety requirements are met Ensure timesheets are completed by staff and sent to the office weekly Approve staff holidays ensuring the work is adequately covered Create end of project file ensuring all required documents are available Liaise with the office team as required for support Additional duties The company reserve the right to vary or amend the duties and responsibilities of the post holder at any time according to the needs of the Companys business.
