Lead Generators (Temp to Perm)

£12.82 per hour inclusive of holiday plus generous commission structure.
We are looking for sales-driven individuals with exceptional communication skills and a sales background to fulfill a business development role in the Brighton and surrounding areas.
The principal purpose of this role is to obtain sales leads (name, email, phone number) for our client's dedicated sales team to convert into customers. This will be done on the doorstep, at train stations, other private sites, and events. You will positively promote our client and their services using a range of techniques to deliver the leads required for the company's sales team to convert into sales.
Our friendly and professional in-house community engagers will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong background in sales, tenacity, and the ability to provide good quality information on a range of services.
Ultimately, a high-quality community engager is someone who can relate to and connect with people face-to-face and promote the company’s services without coming across as aggressive or pushy.
Requirements:
1. Sales experience preferable.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to sell and influence.
4. Ability to work after-hours and on weekends.
5. Ability to travel extensively to local areas; own transport is required.
6. Ability to work outdoors in all weathers.
7. Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
8. Full driving licence.
Responsibilities:
1. Good product knowledge (Full Training Provided).
2. Travel to specific canvassing locations (within an approx. 40-mile radius).
3. Approaching and talking to people in shopping centres, on the street, and at their homes about the company.
4. Obtaining personal contact information.
5. Making cold calls from the office.
6. Answering questions about the company and service.
7. Maintaining a professional appearance and behaviour.
8. Meeting targets.
9. Letter/leaflet dropping (door to door).
10. Attending events, often at weekends.
11. Careful and accurate recording of personal details.
12. Adhering to data protection regulations.
13. Produce accurate time sheets.
14. Recruiting and training new engagers.
Measures of Success:
1. Sales leads.
2. Leads per hour.
3. Lead quality and completeness (accurate and full sales lead information).
4. Doors knocked per hour/per day.
5. Number of meaningful conversations.
6. Positive feedback/no complaints.
5 Days per week - Monday through Friday + working 1 Saturday in 3 with an early finish of 4.30pm. The weekend shifts will rotate through the team to ensure fairness.
Standard Hours: 9am till 6pm (9am till 4.30pm on a Saturday)
£12.82 per hour inclusive of holiday pay + travel expenses and an attractive commission scheme.
Working 40 hours per week.
Start Date: ASAP.
Must have access to your own vehicle as this role does involve travelling to different areas.
Monthly Commission Structure:
1. 0-50 Leads = £0 per lead
2. 51-100 Leads = £1.00 per lead
3. 101-250 Leads = £2.00 per lead
4. 251-500 Leads = £4.00 per lead
5. 501-1000 Leads = £8.00 per lead
6. 250 Plus Leads = £16.00 per lead
