We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Clinical Deputy Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinical leader who thrives in a hands-on role, supporting both staff and residents while ensuring high clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop the nursing and care team, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
* Monitor governance, clinical outcomes, and staff performance.
* Work both on the floor and in a supernumerary capacity, providing hands-on clinical leadership.
* Support with medication management, care planning, audits, and compliance.
* Ensure staff are working diligently and proactively, addressing complacency.
* Provide training, mentorship, and guidance to the team.
* Rota management, ensuring adequate coverage and smooth operation.
Requirements:
* An active NMC PIN
* Experience as a Clinical Lead, Senior Nurse, or Deputy Manager.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Decision-maker with confidence and autonomy.
* Experience with care planning systems (iCare, PCS, or similar).
* Ability to manage governance processes, documentation, and audits effectively.
* Competitive hourly rate (£23 – £24 per hour).
* Flexible working pattern (mix of 12-hour shifts and supernumerary 9–5 shifts).
