As an Nurse Practitioner / Urgent Care Practitioner, you will support the team in delivering high quality, timely patient centered care. You will be supported by either a GP or an Advanced Practitioner and undertake assessments for a range of health and clinical needs. Your day to day… The primary focus of the role is to work as an Nurse Practitioner / Urgent Care Practitioner is providing high quality and timely patient centred care.
