About the job Receptionist/Admin Cover Ad Hoc Basis
We are looking for a reliable and professional Receptionist/Admin Assistant to provide occasional cover for our clients front-of-house team at short notice. This role is ideal for someone with a flexible schedule who can step in when required, including for planned holiday cover and unexpected absences.
Location: Inverurie
Planned Holiday Cover Dates:
* 6 - 9 March
* 30 March - 1 April
* 5 - 6 July
Training: Full training provided
Responsibilities:
* Greeting visitors and handling front desk enquiries
* Answering and directing phone calls
* Managing administrative tasks as required
* Ensuring a professional and welcoming reception area
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work at short notice when required
* Basic administrative and computer skills
* Previous reception/admin experience is a plus but not essential
