Your Next Step
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Care Team Leader to join our veterinary team. In this role, you will lead our Client Care team to ensure a positive and seamless experience for all clients. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage team performance, and always ensure the delivery of outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the Client Care team, ensuring smooth daily operations and the delivery of exceptional client service.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, offering support and guidance to ensure their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
3. Train, mentor, and motivate the Client Care team, ensuring they provide a compassionate and professional experience to all clients.
4. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing support for team development.
5. Work with the Head Client Care advisor to monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client care, identifying opportunities for improvement.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading and managing a team in a client-facing role, preferably within a veterinary, healthcare, or customer service environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for fostering positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. You should be highly organized with excellent time management abilities, able to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a busy setting. A calm and approachable demeanour, along with a passion for delivering exceptional client care, is crucial. Problem-solving skills are also important for navigating challenging situations professionally and effectively.
Working Pattern
This is a full-time role working 40 hours over 5 days per week. The days will cover shifts from 8:00am-6:00pm including a 30-minute lunch break.
