Role Description
We have a number of full-time on-site roles for a Regional Account Development Sales position located in numerous locations across the UK, including Southampton. The role involves tasks such as inside sales, business relationship management, account management, and utilizing analytical skills to drive sales growth and maintain strong client relationships.
Key functions and responsibilities:
* Collaboration with Franchisee/Centre Manager/MSTs to grow trust and relationship within the centre
* Local accounts managed/Called daily
* Quick wins and regular turnover for the centre is the focus
* Cold calls made daily to ensure growth are an essential part of the role
* Minimum KPI of 10 calls per day with meaningful conversations
* Tasks and leads are allocated to you by a CRM agent or the centre CRM/Hubspot user for you to plan into your week
* Collaboration with the centre regarding downtrading accounts or accounts that are no longer active or any other local accounts that require a visit
Qualifications
* Inside Sales, Account Management, and Business Relationship Management skills
* Analytical Skills
* Strong Communication skills
* Experience in sales or account management
* Ability to build and maintain business relationships effectively
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
