Our client based in Cambridgeshire requires German speaking customer service advisors. This role involves providing support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
The responsibilities include assisting customers with orders and addressing any queries they may have.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding company. Candidates must speak German to C2 level.
The contact centre operates Monday to Saturday from 7am to 8pm, and a willingness to work shifts is essential.
Candidates must already have work authorization for the UK and live within a maximum 90-minute commute from Cambridge.
