* Day to day running of a multisite with a pub being the main focus of the business.
* Ensure the set-up standards across all outlets are continually monitored and maintained.
* Work closely with the Senior Team to ensure profitability of the property with particular focus on staffing levels.
* Ensure that the food costs, labour costs and wastage figures are within company parameters. Drive revenue and create a profitable business.
* Forecasting and financial reporting on a weekly as well as monthly basis.
* Staff training and development.
* Adherence to the Food Safety as well as Health and Safety regulations.
Min. two or more years of proven experience in a similar role within a high-volume dining/pub setting at a General Manager or Operations Management level.
* Proven track record of running a site or a multisite with a an £80K per week turnover as a minimum is a MUST
* Strong delegative skills but not afraid to get stuck in if needed.
* Ability to lead by example.
* High standard on personal appearance.
* A person that thrives at being busy as it is a very fast paced role.
* Ambitious and open to continual development.
Up to £53K per annum + TRONC
* 48h per week on a 5 over 7 pattern (you will be expected to work weekends)
