Job Title: Office Administrator and Reception
Location: Bridport, Dorset
Working Hours: 9am-5.15pm | 3 days per week (Flexible on which days)
Salary: From £22,000
Contract: 6 months fixed term contract
* Providing all-round secretarial and administrative support to the Bridport office team.
* Liaising with clients and addressing basic queries in a professional manner.
* Managing diaries and scheduling appointments.
* Producing documents using digital dictation.
* Maintaining filing and record systems to ensure efficient organisation.
The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of the team.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure.
* Strong communication skills.
* Dedication to serving the best interests of clients.
* Previous experience as a Legal Secretary is preferred but not essential; however, strong administration experience is required.
* Excellent typing skills, including audio transcription.
* Proficiency in IT skills.
