Purpose of the role
This is a great opportunity to support the HR and Reward teams. You will be responsible for all colleague paperwork and ensuring that the HR/payroll system (PeopleXD) is accurate and up to date to ensure colleagues are paid accurately. You will be the main point of contact for all HR and payroll/reward related queries both internally and for external suppliers, so great communication will be essential. You will also be the Superuser of PeopleXD, confident in answering colleagues' queries and running reports. You will have great attention to detail and the ability to juggle an ever-changing workload. * Experience working in a HR / Reward role and aware of the importance of ensuring that all paperwork is raised and changes are actioned accurately and on time, giving the best experience to colleagues at all times.
* Experience building and maintaining great relationships with internal and external stakeholders, delivering a friendly, accurate, and efficient service.
* Experience using HR systems and be confident in updating and extracting data through creating and running reports.
* Confidence working with large amounts of data, manipulating, analyzing, and presenting where necessary with a data-focused approach.
* Strong experience using Microsoft applications including Word and PowerPoint, with advanced knowledge of Excel and be confident doing vlookups, pivot tables etc.
* Super organized, great attention to detail, able to manage time, jump from one task to another, and prioritize workload.
* Curious, keen to learn, show initiative, and not afraid to ask questions.
* Proactive, personable, and confident; willing to speak candidly and constructively challenge the way we do things and look for ways to improve efficiency.

What you will get to work on….key outputs and responsibilities of the role
HR Support
* Responsible for all colleague paperwork from new joiners to leavers and everything in between, such as reference requests and Right to Work checks.
* Establish and own processes which keep track of colleague changes for the monthly payroll (e.g. Starters, Movers, Leavers tracker; org chart updates; payroll inputting).
* Own the new joiner and leaver processes - liaising with IT, Workplace, and other colleagues as needed; own the content and hosting of the HR induction for all new colleagues and conduct exit interviews for leavers when needed.
* Raising POs.
* Superuser of the HR system; input and amend colleague details and raise queries with the platform when needed.
* Send out weekly starters, leavers, and movers emails to relevant internal contacts.
* First point of contact for all HR and payroll queries from colleagues; manage the HR inbox and refer queries when needed.
* Collate content, create and send out weekly ‘People News’ all colleague HR newsletter.
* Own the HR content on company intranet, updating when necessary.
* Provide support to the wider HR team when necessary.
Payroll/Reward:
* Responsible for the monthly payroll processing cycle for our staff and worker payrolls, including inputting data onto the HR system, input spreadsheet, and liaising with our outsourced payroll bureau.
* Provide support for reconciling our monthly ‘worker’ payroll.
* Responsible for the manipulation and processing of monthly payroll 3rd party reports (pension, PMI, etc).
* Responsible for the management of annual P11d reporting.
* Assist with the annual benefits renewal process, including updating benefits documents and colleague communications and processing changes.
* Create and run periodic (monthly, quarterly, and adhoc) reports from the HR system helping to create our People, Pay Gap Reporting, and D&I tracking packs.
* First line queries on payroll/benefits including P45’s/P60’s/Payslips.
* PeopleXD superuser – be the day-to-day go-to person on all things PeopleXD and also help to manage system upgrades.
* Responsible for managing colleague Recognition schemes.
