The Role
As a Performance Coach, you’ll be working closely with our dynamic sales team, providing bespoke coaching to enhance performance and sharpen their sales skills. You’ll use data insights to identify performance gaps, uncover opportunities for improvement, and deliver tailored coaching sessions that directly influence revenue generation.
This isn’t your average ‘one-size-fits-all’ training gig! You’ll have the freedom and autonomy to coach in a way that best suits each individual, drawing on a treasure trove of resources and support from our vast L&D curriculum. Whether you're helping a junior consultant master objection handling or guiding a seasoned recruiter to reach top biller status, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping their success.
