Description
1. Manage a varied portfolio of clients across different sectors, serving as their primary point of contact for accounting and business advisory services
2. Oversee the preparation of statutory accounts, management accounts, and financial reports for SMEs and larger corporate clients
3. Lead client meetings, identify business improvement opportunities, and provide strategic financial advice
4. Manage, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals, overseeing workflow and ensuring high-quality service delivery
5. Contribute to practice development through identifying new service opportunities and supporting business development initiatives
6. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality procedures
