A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service Delivery Consultant to join a company based in Slough on a temporary basis. The customers for this business range from luxury hotels, large retailers, supermarkets, restaurants, shopping centres and many more Responsibilities: This role is reporting into the Service Manager, and sits in a team of 3, which is part of the wider Operations Team. You will be supporting 20 field engineers, and it is your role to ensure all the customers get their services as contractually agreed. This is not an external customer facing role, but does require you to build relationships with the engineers, so we are looking for someone who is outgoing and confident, and has a robust nature and a good sense of humour 95% of the services are pre-planned maintenance calls, but there will be a small element of having to schedule emergency call outs and emailing customers to set these up. Requirements: Experience of dispatch and scheduling would be ideal, preferable within the shipping, supply chain, retail or logistics industries. Experience of Salesforce would be ideally but is not essential. You must be able to start ASAP and happy to be based on site in Slough 5 days per week.
