Description Facilities Operative Lead £38,934 - £40,755 ABOUT US Our Newham Learning & Skills (ONLS) provides part-time courses at a wide range of local centres across Newham, with approx. 9,000 enrolments each year. THE ROLE This position will lead the facilities team in supporting the smooth operation of day-today activities across all ONLS centres with key emphasis on contributing to a positive learner experience. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining a high standard of housekeeping, ensuring clean, safe and well-presented centres across the service. The successful candidate will play an active role in supporting the ONLS workforce and curriculum team in all areas of facilities. While you will be based at one primary location, your leadership will be essential in coordinating efforts across sites and providing cover as and when needed.
