What’s involved?
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on the hotel equipment, fixtures and surrounding facilities including plumbing, electrical, painting if necessary and carpentry tasks
* Respond promptly to guest requests and address any maintenance issues in a timely manner
* Conduct regular inspections of the hotel's physical plant to identify and address potential problems before they occur
* Ensure a safe and clean working environment by adhering to all the relevant H&S regulations
* Perform any other duties as and when necessary
Previous experience in a Hotel Maintenance Assistant role is essential, as well as being immediately available with no prior commitments including holiday or notice, as this is a temporary assignment for a minimum of 4 weeks.
