* We are looking for someone with 4 years of experience in a similar technical support role. You should have a strong background in Windows 10/11 and Windows Server, as well as expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure. Hands-on experience with firewalls, networking, and Active Directory is essential, along with knowledge of antivirus, anti-malware, and email security solutions. A solid understanding of server hardware and virtualization technologies is also required. Additionally, you should have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, possess strong communication skills, and be able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. We value a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. A full clean driving license is necessary for client site visits.
Responsibilities:
* In this role, I will expect you to set up and manage user accounts, email services, and permissions. You will oversee and optimize the remote monitoring and management of client environments and provide remote desktop support across PCs, laptops, and mobile devices. You will be responsible for deploying and configuring new IT equipment, maintaining and supporting Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange and Teams, and managing file and folder permissions for secure access. You will contribute to technical documentation and best practice guides and conduct on-site client visits to deliver hands-on support. Working with third-party application vendors to ensure seamless integrations will also be part of your duties. Additionally, you will handle networking and security, including VLANs, firewalls, and network segmentation, administer antivirus and anti-malware solutions, oversee backup and disaster recovery, troubleshoot complex server and network issues, and assist in building and maintaining server infrastructures.
