Hays Education are working with a secondary school in Nottingham who are seeking a qualified Maths Teacher to join their passionate and supportive team on a full-time basis.
Your new role
You will be working within a supportive department alongside members of staff who share a passion for working collaboratively within the education sector. You will be planning and delivering well-structured lessons across KS3 and KS4 and will be working alongside teaching assistants to ensure maximum engagement is achieved, and the classroom remains a positive and safe learning environment.
What you'll need to succeed
* Qualified Teacher Status
* Recent and relevant experience teaching Maths
* Clear understanding of the UK national KS3 and KS4 curriculum
* Passion for supporting teaching and learning
* Strong behaviour management strategies
* Confident with a flexible approach
* Ability to build rapport
