We currently have a vacancy for a cleaner within our centre. This role is very important to the successful running of the centre, ensuring our customers have the best possible shopping experience.
You will be line managed by the Garden Centre Manager.
Rota: 10 hours a week, 07:30 - 09:30, including weekends
To be successful in this role, we are looking for people:

Main duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the centre in both the Garden Centre and the Restaurant, including, but not limited to:
* Cleaning shop floor, toilets, staff rooms, and offices.
* Hoovering, sweeping, and mopping tiled and carpeted floor areas.
* Cleaning, dusting, and polishing all surface areas.
* Replenishing handwash, toilet rolls, and paper towels.
* Clearing and removing rubbish and emptying bins.
* Removing cobwebs and dust.
* Understanding and adhering to health and safety procedures and COSHH regulations.
* Maintaining stock levels of cleaning materials and ordering new supplies as required.
* Keeping the cleaning material area clear and tidy, ensuring equipment is clean, maintained, and well looked after.

* Employee Discount: 50% in Restaurants and 20% in Garden Centre on joining, increasing to 25% after 2 years’ service and 30% after 5 years’ service.
