Clearing is an opportunity for undergraduate applicants to apply to places at the university once they have received their results. The role will involve taking clearing applications and enquiries over the phone and via email, as well as providing excellent customer care to all applicants at various stages of the Admissions and Registration process.
You will need to be educated to A level (or equivalent), have good customer service skills and excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
* Please ensure a CV is uploaded with your application.
* The roles will be in-person located at our Canterbury Campus.
* Please see the full Job Description for details of the expected weekly working hours and mandatory dates/time. Full-Time and Part-Time hours available (20 – 40 hours per week).
* There will be online self-directed training that must be completed prior to the initial in-person training. Training hours will be paid.
* Prospective applicants should note that there are a limited number of vacancies, and the department may choose to select applicants on a first come first served basis.
* Remote interviews will be arranged at a mutually convenient time by the hiring department starting from 28th April onwards.
* The department may choose to close the advert earlier than the published close date, should sufficient applications be received.
* The University is required to obtain evidence from all new members of staff of their eligibility to work in the UK prior to their start date, which must be provided before a contract can be issued.
