Due to continued growth our client is looking to add a Sales Account manager to their friendly team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone who excels in customer satisfaction, is adept at managing customer accounts, and is skilled in generating new business leads. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be the driving force behind maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and providing top-notch customer service. Day to Day of the role: Manage and nurture existing customer accounts to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty Generate new business leads and opportunities to expand customer base Provide exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-ups Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to overall team success Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges Utilise CRM systems to track interactions, sales, and account statuses Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in customer service and account management Strong lead generation and communication skills Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively Sales or account management experience is preferred Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills Benefits: Attractive annual bonus scheme Monthly incentives and team days out Pension contributions Free on-site parking Opportunities for training and progression Early finish on Fridays
