Due to continued growth our client is looking to add a Sales Account manager to their friendly team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone who excels in customer satisfaction, is adept at managing customer accounts, and is skilled in generating new business leads. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be the driving force behind maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and providing top-notch customer service.
Day to Day of the role:
* Manage and nurture existing customer accounts to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty
* Generate new business leads and opportunities to expand customer base
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-ups
* Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and contribute to overall team success
* Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges
* Utilise CRM systems to track interactions, sales, and account statuses
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in customer service and account management
* Strong lead generation and communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
* Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
* Sales or account management experience is preferred
* Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
