Ensure systems are in place for the safekeeping of guests property and valuables inaccordance with the Trusts guests property procedure. Actively participate in conjunction with other disciplines, in the formulation andimplementation of house and unit policies as required. Ensure effective implementation, monitoring and audit of all local and Trustwide policies e.g.complaints, disciplinary procedures, sickness/absence, Health & Safety and riskmanagement. Aim to establish local resolution of all complaints, giving time to guests, relatives and othersto express their concerns and working with staff team to improve services to residents. Provide support and advice to statutory and voluntary agencies in the community. Liaise with the CRHTT Manager/Consultant regularly to ensure a seamless service. Work in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act and the Trusts policies. Provide monthly reports to the Service Director/Service Managers e.g. activity levels, bedoccupancy, manpower and expenditure, staffing issues and any other information that isrequired. Contribute towards the business plan for the service. Counsel advises and initiate action where necessary in all matters related to staff wellbeing.
