About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our client, a leading company in the FMCG industry known for their exceptional products and services. With a focus on customer satisfaction, they strive for excellence.
Responsibilities:
* Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
* Updating and maintaining customer records using Sage and Microsoft Excel
* Handling customer queries and providing excellent customer service
* Using internal systems to arrange and track deliveries and provide information to the delivery team
* Printing dispatch notes and liaising with the warehouse team
* Producing invoicing and packing lists
Candidate Requirements:
* Strong experience in sales and order processing
* Excellent skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications, including Pivot Tables, V Lookups, and formulas
* Sage 50 knowledge is advantageous
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Driver preferred due to company location
