Vacancy We are recruiting for an IT Trainer to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract, covering a period of maternity leave. This position is based in our London office. You will deliver training across all RWK Goodman offices as required for new starters, IT/application refresher courses, project rollouts and regular targeted training sessions. Key Responsibilities To be proficient in IT software used by the firm To create, arrange and deliver individual and group in-person and remote training sessions to both fee earning and support staff as required including the production of detailed lesson plans To attend the London office for at least two-days a week for the purpose of providing in-person training and support, and to communicate these times with London users To design, prepare and maintain user guides and knowledge-based articles (FAQs) and other instructional materials using simple language to ensure clarity To deliver IT induction training to new joiners as required To provide refresher/top-up IT training to existing employees as required To assess and identify additional IT training requirements for all staff across the firm and tailor future training schedules accordingly To assist with the development of the firm’s training plan To work collaboratively with all IT colleagues and seek/respond to requests for support To be a project resource for IT system rollouts assisting with testing and providing feedback To maintain accurate training and evaluation records To offer additional guidance and support to individuals who need extra help To attend external training courses as required Skills, Experience, and Attributes A customer centric and service focused individual Experience of delivering training to delegates with differing skill levels At least 12 months IT training experience, preferably within a law firm Good understanding of the full training lifecycle Company We’re RWK Goodman – a progressive Top 100 law firm.
