Key Responsibilities:

* Provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients on a wide range of employment law issues, including disputes, employment rights, and compliance matters.
\n\t
* Manage a varied caseload, encompassing both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
\n\t
* Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and tribunal hearings, ensuring the best outcomes.
\n\t
* Support the development of junior team members through mentorship, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
\n\t
* Collaborate closely with colleagues across different practice areas to offer integrated legal solutions that address clients' broader needs.

Skills & Experience Required:
\n\n
\n\t
* Qualified solicitor with approximately 5+ years' PQE in Employment Law, with a proven track record in handling a diverse range of employment cases.
\n\t
* Experience representing both employers and employees, with an in-depth understanding of employment law principles and case law.
\n\t
* Strong negotiation and advocacy skills, with experience managing complex cases effectively.
\n\t
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
\n\t
* Ability to manage a busy caseload, delivering quality results under pressure.
\n\t
* A proactive, adaptable approach, with a keen focus on client service and team collaboration.
