Working Pattern: Monday - Thursday 8.45am - 4.45pm, Friday 8.45am - 4.15pm
Salary: £23,395 - £26,333 per year

Role Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone who has excellent customer care and communication skills. The role of Housing Assistant undertakes a wide range of clerical duties including word processing, filing, and photocopying while working within a busy locality housing office, supporting Housing Officers and providing advice to tenants and customers, making a direct impact on the local community and our service users.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Organise and prioritise workload effectively.
2. Respond to changing priorities and contribute to team goals.
3. Utilise relevant IT systems and software applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
4. Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
