Role Overview:
As the Wedding & Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events, with a primary focus on weddings. You will work closely with couples and clients to bring their visions to life, ensuring every detail is handled with care and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Meet with clients to understand their event vision and requirements
2. Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics
3. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
4. Conduct site visits and provide clients with venue information and recommendations
5. Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly
6. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the planning process
7. Manage multiple events simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in event planning, preferably in weddings or hospitality
2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
4. A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software is a plus
