What you will be doing?
About this role
As our Enterprise Solutions (ES) business grows and further investment in strategic clients is seen – there is a need to have a dedicated resource to administer, coordinate and ensure smooth delivery of our ES Learning & Development Training portfolio globally. From day one, the incumbent will hit the ground running as the administrator for all things Learning & Development in our Enterprise Solutions business.
You will:
* Organisation and issue of Global Onboarding/Regional Induction packs & modules to all new starters
* Maintain our Global ES New Starters Onboarding tacker as well as Workshop Facilitation tracker for ES
* Primary contact for receiving workshop nominations from regional/global ES leaders
* Administrator for our LXP – Enterprise Solutions Channel and all global talent programs including 360 feedback, Performance reviews, Commercial Academy and Sales Capability program
* Create and regularly update the Global ES Training Calendar (Annual and Quarterly)
* Monthly utilisation of reports, including insights, reminders to participants/managers and attendance tracking
* Act as the initial point of contact for programme participants and respond to ensure a high level of service including email send outs, calendar management for workshops etc
* Conduct feedback evaluations via pulse surveys to constantly improve the training content/delivery as well as our ES Learning metrics including learning experience, facilitator ratings and client experience scores
What are we looking for?
Experience
* 0-1 yrs experience in a similar HR or Learning & Development or Administration or Research role
* Industry experience desirable, but not essential
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills across all main platforms (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
