Role and Responsibilities:
* Monitoring and controlling shop floor processes.
* Advising all technical matters across departments.
* Making sure all products meet the standard requirements.
* Attending to all process issues straight away and liaise with production and quality to ensure quality is to the highest standard.
* Prioritise new developing new techniques to increase capability.
* Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* Previous engineering experience or a Bachelors degree in science/engineering, or equivalent.
* Preferably 2+ years experience in engineering.
* Understanding of technical documentation.
* Problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
