Premier Recruitment Group has the privilege to recruit on behalf of our very prestigious client based in Dartford, Kent. We are recruiting for experienced and forward-thinking Customer Service Coordinator. This is a full-time and permanent position working for a very well-established company. This role is interesting and varied, with a scope for progression.
This position plays an integral role in meeting and exceeding our customers' expectations by ensuring a positive customer experience is achieved through all touch-points with the organisation. The Customer Service Coordinator is accountable for enhancing customer relations, increasing customer loyalty, and in turn increasing our commercial growth.
Responsibilities & Duties
* Support customers' enquiries through multiple communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
* Follow up on enquiries for general questions with other internal departments, liaising as needed including Quality, Regulatory, Technical, Supply Chain, Commercial, Shipping, Finance, Production, and Planning departments.
* Facilitate customer issue resolution, including progressing customer complaints to completion (RMA creation, coordinating returns, credit notes/invoices as needed).
* Enter and process orders including calculating transit time and freight.
* Proactively communicate with customers to inform them of at-risk orders (fulfilment issues, delivery delays, etc.).
* Maintain an accurate customer database and information on profiles.
* Responsible for customer quotations for new business and follow up on open quotes.
* Maintain price lists and send them to customers when requested.
* Understand the company's product portfolio and service offerings.
Experience:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, Outlook.
* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative customer service role.
* Familiarity with customer service order processing ERP systems (Oracle desirable).
* Experience in customer complaints handling processes.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a large team.
* Fluent English - written and verbal.
* Professional phone and email etiquette.
* Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
* Works well under pressure while multitasking.
* Able to collaborate with multiple departments to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
* Ability to listen actively and respond effectively to customer queries.
