Location: Fulham, Putney, Clapham, Wimbledon, Balham, Stretham, Raynes Park, Mortlake
Package: DOE - £33,000 - £40,000 Basic. Benefits: Overtime, Company Van, Fuel Card, Company Credit Card, 31 Days Holiday inc Bank Holidays, Plus Other company benefits.
Hours: Core hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, plus 12 Saturdays and 4 Sundays per calendar year based on a rota.

The Role:
As a key part of this role, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing commercial warewashing equipment, including under-counter, pass-through, and rack conveyor dishwashers. Your primary objective is to ensure excellent service quality, customer satisfaction, and retention while maximizing profitability. You will perform on-site installations, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, and generate detailed service reports. Following company protocols, you will collaborate with the technical team, share information, and make recommendations based on customer requirements. Ownership of goals and targets, such as response times, first-time fix rates, customer satisfaction, stock management, productivity, and teamwork, will be essential to your success in this role.
The Person:
We are looking for a skilled Field Service Technician with essential electrical competence, strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in troubleshooting and repairing technical equipment, as well as excellent organizational and computer skills. Proven field service experience is a must, and direct experience in the warewash and/or catering equipment industry is desirable. However, candidates with a background in white goods repair or working in water treatment/cooler installation will also be considered. The ability to effectively manage time, adapt to changing environments, and provide coaching to customers in equipment use is essential.
